On December 4 to 6, The 2nd International Multiscale Geotechnical Mechanics and Engineering Seminar (also named The 8th Geotechnical Mechanics and Engineering Leading Forum), was held in Wuhan . Over 150 delegates joined this seminar from universities and institutions of scientific research, designing, and construction in France, Germany, and China. Our President, Prof. Liu Defu, attended this seminar and gave a welcome speech.
