On March 17th, Oncotarget published our university's scientific research progress. Oncotarget is one of the most influential international journals of oncology, the SCI impact factor of which was 6.359.
It reported our scientific advances on podophyllum derivatives online with the headline 'Multilevel induction of apoptosis by microtubule-interfering inhibitors 4β-S-aromatic heterocyclic podophyllum derivatives causing multi-fold mitochondrial depolarization and PKA signaling pathways in Hela cells'.
The scientific research program was hosted by Prof. Tang Yajie, and conducted by young teacher Zhao Wei and a postgraduate Zhang Yaxuan.
