On September 18, the State General Administration of Press and Publication announced the list of top 100 Chinese magazines in the 2015 China Journal Trade Fair (Wuhan).  China Mechanical Engineering, which is issued by HBUT, has been in the top 100 technical journals since 2013.  China Mechanical Engineeringis an authority in the field of mechanical engineering science and technology journals, and has won three consecutive national periodical awards.  It is one of the top 10 magazines in Hubei province.
