Recently, the list of winners for the 9th National Finals of the China Collegiate Intelligent Robot Creative Competition was officially announced. Our school's School of Mechanical Engineering, responsible for organizing the competition, collaborated with the School of Industrial Design, School of Physical Education, and other colleges to select and send 107 teams to participate. After three rounds of selection at the school, provincial, and national levels, we ultimately secured 18 national first prizes in the national finals (13 from the School of Mechanical Engineering, 4 from the School of Industrial Design, and 1 from the School of Physical Education), ranking first in the total number of awards among universities nationwide. Our school was honored as a National Excellent Organizing Unit for our outstanding achievements, and two teachers from the School of Mechanical Engineering, Ye Fangping and Xu Chaobin, were recognized as National Excellent Mentors.
