On July 1st, the opening ceremony of the 7th "Sunshine Sports" Summer Camp for the children of faculty members of Hubei University of Technology was held at the gymnasium in the central campus area.

The summer camp, held from July 1st to 10th, is primarily open to the children of faculty and staff aged 6 to 14, free of charge. The program covers eight specialized sports, including basketball, volleyball, and other sports, with nearly 200 children of faculty and staff actively participating. Each project at the summer camp is taught by professional sports teachers selected by the School of Physical Education. At the same time, the activities are clearly regulated for safety management, requiring parents to purchase accident insurance for their children and fulfill their guardianship responsibilities to ensure the safe and orderly conduct of the summer camp.
