Zhou Ji, male, born in May 1964 in Xiangyang, Hubei Province, member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). In 1984, he graduated with a college degree of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing and Maintenance. He was the Vice Director and member of Party Leadership Group of Xiangfan City Bureau of Machines, the Secretary of the CPC Committee and Factory Manager of Xiangfan Instruments and Components Factory; Vice General Secretary of Xiangfan City Government; the Secretary of CPC Committee and President of Xiangzhou Group Company and Xiangzhou Company Limited; Secretary of Gucheng County CPC Committee; member of the standing CPC committee of Xiangfan City, the secretary of Xiantao City CPC Committee, the Vice Secretary of Shiyan City CPC Committee, Acting Mayor, Mayor, and Secretary of Party Leadership Group of Shiyan City Government. He is the Secretary of Shiyan City CPC Committee, and a delegate of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
