Jiang Ximin, male, born in April 1962, graduated in 1982 with a college degree of Pulp and Paper Engineering from Hubei Polytechnics Institute, senior engineer, the President of Enshi Jinhua Paper Co., Ltd.

Jiang Ximin began his career in August 1982. In December 1985, he became a member of the Communist Party of China. He is the President of Enshi Jinhua Paper Co., Ltd., chief engineer, deputy of Enshi Autonomous Prefecture People’s Congress, member of the standing committee of the eighth people’s congress, member of the standing committee of the sixth Enshi CPPCC, vice chairman of Enshi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and one of the ten labor models of Enshi in 2007.

Since 1982, Jiang Ximin has been dedicating himself to the development of specialty tissue paper and the application of new technologies. He has used local plant resources to develop high-tech products. After three decades of hard work and innovation in the paper making industry, he has made great achievements. The cigarette paper developed and produced by his company represents the top level in the province.

In technical innovation, the Class-A cigarette paper development project under his leadership has achieved great success, filled a gap in the province, and won Enshi Prefecture Science and Technology Progress Third Prize and Enshi City Science and Technology Progress First Prize. The “lycorine high efficiency production process” was awarded Enshi City Science and Technology Progress Prize; the “camptothecin extraction process” was awarded Hubei Important Science and Technology Achievement Prize. In production line refurbishing, he pushed forward the upgrading and refurbishing of the production line, realized full automation of the cigarette paper production line, improved and stabilized product quality, reduced production cost, and improved economic returns. For environmental protection, he pushed forward energy saving and emission reduction, realized zero emission, and effectively controlled pollution of environment.

In the previous years, Enshi Jinhua Paper Co., Ltd. was awarded “Star Private Enterprise”, “Enshi Prefecture Best Taxpaying Private Enterprise”, “Enshi Prefecture Best Performing Industrial Enterprise”, “Enshi City Industrial Enterprise with Prominent Contribution” and other honors by Enshi City Party Committee and city government, and was awarded the title “Hubei Province Best Tax Paying Industrial Enterprise”.
