2015 New Teachers Professional Development Program

HBUT totally recruited 47 new faculty members in the year of 2015. To help the new teachers be fully prepared for the coming teaching, Faculty Development Center of HBUT organized a series of orientation programs which contains the program of Higher education theory, Teaching methodologies, Classroom management arts, Teachers’etiquettes, etc..

The Faculty Development Center hopes this program will help new employee to improve their professional skills and become a qualified teachers.
