Recently, Shanming Jiang and Yaqiu Deng of Normal School of Vocational and Technical Education were funded by a foreign scholarship for the Postgraduate Exchange Program of Russe University in Bulgaria in the spring of 2022. Russe University in Bulgaria, located in Ruse in northern Bulgaria, was established in 1954 and is one of the leading public comprehensive universities in Bulgaria, which is widely recognized for its excellent teaching quality.As a member of the Erasmus+ programme, Russe University has strong links and interaction with other member institutions, providing a wide platform for students to study and research.With the financial support of the Erasmus+ programme, our school and Russe University have sent a number of students and teachers to each other's university every year since 2016.
