On October 19, a work exhibition co-sponsored by Hubei University Calligraphers Association and Hubei University of Technology opened at Hubei University of Technology. Peng Yuyuan, President of Hubei University of Technology, Cai Guangxing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Zhao Bin, former Deputy Governor of the People’s Government of Hubei Province and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, Ding Zhenguo, former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) and Chairman of Hubei University Calligraphers Association, Zhang Xiu and Rao Xingcheng, vice-chairmen of the Calligraphers Association attended the opening ceremony. Ding Zhenguo presided over the opening ceremony, and Zhao Bin announced the opening of the exhibition.

    More than 120 calligraphy works are exhibited this time. The 25 masterpieces of calligraphy masters specially invited to exhibit not only add luster to the exhibition, but also provide a rare artistic reference and guidance for teachers and students. A cultural feast of the charm of calligraphy art provided by the students was warmly welcomed and appreciated by the leaders and the audience of teachers and students.
