The design plan adopts a horizontal scroll pattern with the prospect of a majestic Great Hall of the People, a shining national emblem and a fluttering red flag. A silhouette in the middle shows the constitutional oath ceremony, symbolizing the continuous improvement of Chinese people’s congress system. The entire design plan aims to convey a beautiful vision of the Chinese nation’s sustainable development.
