He Xiuwen, male, graduated in 1992 with a college degree in Fermentation Engineering. He is the General Manager of Jihong Material Technology Co., Ltd., and Vice Chairman of Hubei University of Technology Alumni Association of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.

After graduation, he was assigned to Dinghu Distillery in Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province. Three months after employment, he was promoted from the position of technician to workshop director. From September 1993 to the end of 1996, he worked in a foreign-funded enterprise, and was promoted from technician to Vice Factory Manager responsible for technical management.

In April 1997, He Xiuwen founded Jihong Company in Shenzhen. The operational scope of the company includes the development, production and sales of color master batch, functional master batch and modified materials. The company adheres to the “standardized management and chain operation” business model, implements the “people-oriented, honest, innovative and continuous improving” tenet, and has achieved rapid development. He has founded the following companies: Taizhou Jihong Plastic Pigment Co., Ltd. In August 2001; Suzhou Jihong New Material Technologies Co., Ltd. in May 2006; Anhui Jihong Material Technologies Co., Ltd. in June, 2008; Wuhan Jihong Material Technologies Co., Ltd in May 2010. Anhui Jihong is located in Feixi Taohua Industrial Park. The company covers an area of nearly forty thousand square meters. The project is divided into three phases and the total investment is more than eighty million Yuan. The phase one project (including two plants, one office building, one hotel style apartment building) has been finished. After more than ten years of development, Jihong has become the biggest provider of color master batch in China. The company has production or operation bases in Shenzhen, Taizhou, Ningbo, Suzhou, Anhui, Foshan and Wuhan. To speed up the expansion, the company will develop a nationwide strategic production and operation network.
