Recently, Digital manufacturing Salon, jointly held by our College Students Pioneer Park and Fab Lab of the Sniffing Titanium Workshop, took place in the Lyvmeng Mass Creative Area of the park. The salon appealed to over 30 makers to enthusiastically take part in, who were from the School of Mechanical Engineering, the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and the School of Industry Design.
During the salon, Mr. Han Qingjiang, the teacher from the Sniffing Titanium Workshop, introduced students the birth and development history of the Fab Lab. Our makers experienced the entry-level robot project – finishing robot assembly and recording control coding of a Robot Palletizer within 2 hours. The different work teams competed with each other in the machine competition.
